Known as the Zumba pool party,the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.
This class is a total body workout combining cardio intervals, strength training and core stability. This full body work-out incorporates a variety of equipment and all fitness levels are welcome.
Not motivated to do your strength training alone? Join us for a class designed to train your entire body. We will warm you up, sculpt your muscles, stretch those muscles and send you home revitalized.
A total body workout that is a lot more fun than it sounds! You will challenge you body through drills, games, plyometric exercises, and muscle building moves. Come prepared to burn lots of calories and all levels of exercisers are welcome.
Cardio Core Intervals
This easy to follow international dance fusion gives you a “dance club feel and focuses on burning massive calories through high energy world rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeion. These rhythms emphasize cardio, leg/gluts, and core movements that help to tone and strengthen the body. No dance background required. Instructors use easy to follow cues and moves that engage the core and elevate heart rates. Music set list will consist of 70% international rhythms and 30% instructor choice such as hip-hop kickboxing, top 40, and throw-back genres.
High intensity interval training is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. This type of training has been used by athletes to improve performance, but it’s also been shown to benefit the average exerciser. HIIT training not only helps performance, it also improves the ability of the muscles to burn fat.
An interval training class that gets the heart rate up and tones the body by combining a variety of cardio moves as well as total body sculpting. .
In this 60 minute intermittent cardio/toning montage, we use the most current pop/top 40 music to pull up your cardio using a fusion of kickboxing and hip-hop moves while incorporating toning using body weight, free weights, and step. We tone and sculpt abs, arms shoulders, legs and gluts for a full body work out.
The core barre class uses props to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
A great class for aerobic training and body toning since water offers 12 times the resistance of air! All levels are welcome. Your intensity level can be determined by your effort, but the impact level is always minimal. Join us in the indoor pool. Workouts may include water weights, noodles, and/or gloves.
Kids-Fit (8-12 yr. olds)
This class has speed and agility drills, fun and competitive circuit style training. Come join the fun on Saturday mornings.
Pilates on mats. Pilates gives great attention to the flow of movement and core muscles to help lengthen and tone the entire body.
Spinning burns serious calories and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast. It also tones your quadriceps (front thigh muscles) and outer thigh muscles. Because you stay in one place with the same basic movement throughout, Spinning doesn’t involve a lot of coordination; it’s easier to concentrate on your form than in other types of aerobic classes. And although you follow the general instructions of the spinning teacher, you are in control when it comes to your pace. You can finish a spin class, regardless of your fitness level, simply by adjusting your pace or the tension knob on the bike.

Pure Strength is a weight class to gain strength, tone and sculpt the muscles. Bo cardio but it doesn’t mean your won’t sweat.
Tabata is a high intensity interval fat burning work out. 20 sec of a exercise followed by 10 sec transition to new exercise for 8 rounds then 1 minute recovery. Total body workout!!
This class is a type of yoga that sequences poses to flow together harmoniously. This class is intended to teach the foundations of vinyasa, allowing the connection between breath and body through mindful movement.

A fun and challenging class suitable for all levels. Power yoga is a 60 minutes class that focus on building strong, lean muscles with improved flexibility and mobility. This class incorporate sun salutations and classical yoga poses with creative transitions linking breath with movement. How are yoga is suitable for all levels of students including beginners as well as the dance practitioners.
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba!
