My name is Suki Adkins. I am a 90s baby through and through, proud mom of 2, love the outdoors and a good cup of coffee.

My foundation/background has been in both dance as well as participating in swim teams until my college years where I then pursed high intensity/cardio work outs.

Growing up I practiced contemporary, lyrical, hip hop and Bollywood styles. I also competed in freestyle and breaststroke in swim.

After high school I took up running and became an officer for Club Boxing at ECU (Go Pirates!). I graduated with a double major in Psychology and Religious Studies.

After school, I became a mom and that’s where my focus remained. I began to miss pursing my health/fitness and studies which led me in the past two years to commit my time back to this part of my life. I started taking yoga, yoga sculpt and Pilates here at Riverwood and Lionsgate. I was able to get back into it, lost 40 pounds and was in better shape physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually than ever before.

Through lifestyle changes, discipline and schedule organization, here I am now. I have now found a way to combine my love for both physical and mental health. I am currently in pursuit of my coaching certification which will then make me a certified wellness coach by the end of the year. Specializing in self discovery, self care, confidence, life transitions and new beginnings. In each class I instruct we will begin with affirmations.

I’m so excited to get connected and help others find ways to care for themselves and prioritize their needs because you matter🫶🏽
