Mingo Creek’s location at the intersection of I-540 and US 64/264, makes it one of our most convenient athletic clubs. Mingo Creek has all the equipment you need to have a complete work out…and one beautiful pool to lap swim or relax. Located in Knightdale, NC the club is on the expressway to Raleigh or the Research Triangle Park.

We offer Matrix brand cardio and strength training equipment, ranging from treadmills to free-weights.
